Charleswood Residence
This was our first exterior renovation and a huge transformation. In this project, the clients wanted to complete an addition to the front of their house and also complete a main floor renovation. They wanted to have a more welcoming entrance, a mudroom, and overall more storage throughout their main floor. Overall the colour palette for the exterior remained neutral with black accents. The cedar soffit and front door really added that punch of colour the exterior was longing for. We are very happy with the end result, this house is now timeless, elegant, and functional!

Her ability to listen to her clients and integrate their vision in a design that looks beautiful and functional. There where many occasions when we were stuck for ideas or we did not seem to know how to express our vision. Maria seems to know how to ask the right questions, and presents visual examples in order to get the design elements and style to make sense.Her ability to calmly handle difficulties during the project and always being there for the client was invaluable. Maria was very punctual with her design plans, material selections and appointments. She is patient and kind, thoughtful and creative. I will only use Uniik Designs for all my projects.
