Varsity Residence – Basement

For this basement renovation, our clients wanted a basement where they could relax and entertain. We completely gutted the whole basement and reconfigured the space to give them a better layout. They loved contemporary design and wanted a clean and elegant design. They didn’t want the basement to feel like a basement so we added a window and sliding doors which brought more natural light into the space. For the fireplace and bar design, the goal was to create a design that was sleek, contemporary, and unique. The design has clean sharp lines and organic materials that have textural depth which contrast nicely against the clean lines. This fireplace will surely bring elegance and warmth to our client’s basement while they enjoy a show or two.
