Wildwood Calgary – Living Room Home Renovation
In this project, we completely gutted the main floor and redesigned the living room to give it a new fresh modern look. The fireplace was the main concern and focus as it was not inviting and needed a major change. Fireplaces are truly a remarkable invention! Growing up in Venezuela, I didn’t encounter an indoor fireplace until I moved to Canada 25 years ago, and I immediately fell in love with them, especially during the colder months. The warmth against the skin and the sight of the flames always feels incredibly soothing. Fireplaces create a wonderful gathering space that promotes comfort and relaxation among family and friends. I also appreciate how a fireplace can add aesthetic appeal and unique architectural charm to a room, enhancing its ambiance beautifully.
